Cheese Conversation Hearts
Recipes
Ingredients:
– Various semi-firm Real California cheeses (Cheddar, Colby, Monterey Jack shown)
Special Equipment:
– Mini heart cutter
– Packaging (empty Conversation Hearts boxes or Heart Tins)
Optional Equipment:
– Food brush
– Food-safe silkscreen conversation heart sayings (available online)
– Edible pink glitter or luster dust

Directions:
Use a variety of semi firm cheeses in different varieties and colors. Cut slices that are about a ¼ inch thick. Use a mini heart cookie cutter on the slices.
Optional Steps:
Place silkscreen words over the top part of the heart shaped cheeses and use a food brush to dap on the edible glitter dust. For the sake of time, you can fill the bottom portion of packaging with hearts without the silkscreen words and just use the ones you silkscreen on the top to layer for the WOW factor.
