Vegetarian Pizza With Mozzarella and Provolone

Ingredients:

– 4 ounces Real California provolone cheese – 4 ounces Real California mozzarella cheese – 1 tablespoon olive oil – 4 ounces (1/2 Cup) thinly sliced green onion – 3 ounces shredded radicchio – 2 ounces mushrooms, thinly sliced – 1 12-inch, unbaked pizza dough shell

Directions:

Shred cheeses; mix well. Reserve.

Brush pizza shell with olive oil.

Evenly sprinkle with two-thirds of cheese.

Sprinkle with onion, radicchio and mushrooms.

Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Bake at 450°F until crust is lightly browned and cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.

Garnish with pepperocini.
