Chocolate Mocha Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients:

– 2 10-oz. packages coconut macaroons, such as Archway Coconut Macaroons, crumbled, divided – 1 qt. Real California chocolate ice cream, softened – 1 qt. Real California mocha ice cream, softened – 6 tbsp. chocolate syrup, divided – 6 toffee candy bars, such as Heath Bars, broken into pieces

Directions:

Serves 8

Place a 9-in. spring-form pan on a large plate or baking sheet and press half of the cookies into the bottom. Spread the chocolate ice cream on top of the cookies, and then drizzle with about half of the chocolate syrup. Press the remaining half of the cookies on the chocolate ice cream, then top with the mocha ice cream and the remaining chocolate syrup. Sprinkle the toffee candy on top and freeze until firm.
