Super Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

– 3 cups raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries (hulled and halved or quartered), or a combination, frozen – 2 cups Real California plain yogurt – 1 cup Real California milk – Honey to taste

Directions:

Prep time: 5 minutes

In the jar of a blender, combine berries, yogurt, and milk; blend until smooth. Add honey to taste. Makes 4 small servings or 2 large servings.
