Sour Cream-Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients:

– 1/2 cup fat free Real California sour cream – 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar – 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard – 1/4 cup (1-oz.) crumbled Real California Blue cheese – 2 tablespoons minced red or green onion – Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions:

In a small bowl whisk together sour cream, vinegar and mustard; stir in cheese and onion. Season with salt and pepper. Dressing can be covered and refrigerated for up to one week. Serve on sliced tomatoes or crisp torn greens.
