Ingredients:

For casserole: – 1/4 cup Real California unsalted butter, melted, plus more for pan – 1 (16-ounce) loaf French bread, challah or brioche, cut into 1-inch cubes – 3 cups Real California whole milk – 2/3 cup packed brown sugar – 6 large eggs – 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon, divided – 3 tablespoons sugar For glaze and assembly: – 1 (8-ounce) container Real California cottage cheese – 1/4 cup powdered sugar – 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced, for garnish :Kid Friendly, Taylor Swift Travis Kelce Inspired

Directions:

Prep time: 15 minutes

Cook time: 40 minutes (plus resting time)

For casserole: Preheat oven to 350°F and butter a 9x13-inch baking dish. Place bread cubes in an even layer in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle with butter.

In a large bowl, whisk milk, brown sugar, eggs and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon together until combined. Pour milk mixture over bread. Allow bread to soak for 30 minutes.

In a small bowl, combine sugar and remaining cinnamon together. Sprinkle casserole with cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake until casserole is set and golden-brown, about 40 minutes. Let cool for 20 minutes.

For glaze and assembly: Combine cottage cheese and powdered sugar in a blender or food processor. Blend, scraping down the sides as needed, until smooth. Drizzle glaze over casserole and top with strawberries. Slice and serve.
