Curried Cottage Cheese and Mango Chutney Dressing

Ingredients:

– 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese – 2 tablespoons mango chutney – 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar – 1 tablespoon olive oil – 1 teaspoon curry powder – 1 teaspoon honey mustard – Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste snack

Directions:

1. Place cottage cheese, chutney, vinegar, oil, curry and mustard in a food processor; blend until smooth.

2. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Dressing can be covered and refrigerated for up to one week. Use to dress potato, chicken, tuna or egg salad.
