Strawberry Yogurt Breakfast Popsicles

Prep time: 30 minutes

Freeze time: 6-8 hours

Yields: 6 popsicles

Create blended strawberry yogurt: In a blender, puree ¾ cups diced strawberries and ¾ cup vanilla yogurt together until a smooth, consistent texture is reached.

Assemble popsicles:

Layer the following ingredients in 6 popsicle molds as follows:

1 heaping teaspoon diced strawberries

1 tablespoon vanilla yogurt

1 tablespoon blended strawberry yogurt

1 teaspoon strawberry jam

Repeat layers again, omitting the jam the second time through, until the popsicle molds are full.

Secure the popsicle sticks into their molds then freeze for 6-8 hours until solid.

Note: Can use any flavor of yogurt, berries and jam.
