Ingredients:

– 1 (7-ounce) wheel Real California Brie cheese – 8 pretzel sticks, halved – Honey, for drizzling – 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped – 1/2 cup dried apricots, chopped – 1/4 cup roasted pistachios, finely chopped – 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary :Brie, Seasonal, Holiday

Cut brie wheel in half horizontally. Cut each half into 6 wedges. Insert a pretzel into the bottom side of each triangle to resemble a tree trunk. Place brie wedges on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle with honey.

On a large plate, combine cranberries, apricots, pistachios and rosemary. Dip wedges, honey-side-down, in cranberry mixture until coated. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
