Strawberries Pazzo with Sage Honey Labne

Ingredients:

– 2 pints strawberries, stemmed – 1 cup balsamic vinegar – 1 tablespoon black pepper – 1 vanilla bean, split and seeds scraped out – 1 pint Real California Labne – 1/2 cup sage honey – 1 teaspoon lemon juice – 1 package biscotti cookies

Directions:

Combine strawberries, vinegar, black pepper and vanilla seeds and let sit for 12 hours. Whisk together Labne, honey and lemon juice. For each serving, place 6 ounces of strawberries in a bowl, top with a healthy dollop of Labne and garnish with biscotti.
