Ingredients:

– 9 pints Real California chocolate ice cream – 1/2 cup Etruria organic bergamot oil – Maldon sea salt – 3 cups freshly whipped sweetened Real California cream

Directions:

For each sundae, to order, place two 3-ounce scoops ice cream in sundae dish. Drizzle with 1 teaspoon bergamot oil; sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt. Top with 2 tablespoons whipped cream.
