Lemon, Beet and Basil Smoothie

Ingredients:

– 1 cup vanilla yogurt – 2 tablespoons honey – 2 tablespoons diced, cooked beets – 1 tablespoon lemon juice – 2 large basil leaves – Lemon zest

Directions:

Blend together 1 cup vanilla yogurt, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons diced, cooked beets and 1 tablespoon lemon juice until smooth. Tear 1 large basil leaf into pieces and blend again until finely chopped. Pour into a glass and garnish with lemon zest and a basil leaf.
