Ingredients:

– 2 cups hot coffee – 2 tablespoons (1/4 stick) unsalted Real California butter – 1 tablespoon MCT oil*, such as coconut or palm kernel oil – 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon *Note: MCTs, or medium-grain triglycerides, are a type of fat that’s associated with benefits including extra energy and typically included in bulletproof-style coffee. :Butter Coffee

Directions:

Prep time: 5 minutes, plus time to make the coffee

In the jar of a blender, combine coffee, butter, oil, and cinnamon and blend until smooth and frothy. Serve immediately.
