Prepare base Tangy Mashed Potatoes recipe (without chives).
Assemble Toppings Bar (as shown – l to r from top): Cooked broccoli, chopped peppers, fried onions, bacon bits, Blue cheese, olives, cilantro, sour cream, jalapeños, shredded Cheddar, corn, butter “coins”, thyme, shredded Pepper Jack, sage.
To serve. Assemble potatoes in a serving bowl with extra butter and individual serving bowls and Toppings Bar on the side.
Serves: 4 to 6
