Ingredients:

– 1 cup Real California Plain Yogurt – ¾ cup Real California Milk or lactose-free milk – 1 cup whole frozen strawberries – 1 frozen banana, sliced or broken into pieces – ¼ cup raw almonds – ½ cup old fashioned oats – 1 cup Real California Whole Milk Plain Yogurt – ¾ cup Real California Whole Milk – 1 teaspoon vanilla – 2 tablespoons honey – Pinch of salt :Milk, Yogurt, Strawberries, Smoothie, Healthy Smoothie Recipe, Oats

Directions:

In a blender, combine the ingredients in the order listed. Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides of the jar with a silicone spatula if needed. Serve immediately.

Prep ahead: To make hectic mornings just a bit easier prep this smoothie in advance by premeasuring the strawberries, banana, almonds, and oats into storage bags. Make up as many as you need and keep them in the freezer until ready to use, then add the contents of the bag to the blender along with the remaining smoothie ingredients.
