– 3/4 cup Real California mascarpone cheese, sour cream, crème fraîche, or plain whole milk yogurt – 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar, or more to taste – About 1/2 mini seedless watermelon – 12 grapes – Twelve 3/4-inch cubes Real California feta, fresh mozzarella, or queso fresco cheese – 12 blueberries Special equipment: 1 1/2- to 2-inch heart-shaped cookie cutter (or other favorite shape), twelve 6- to 8-inch skewers

Prep time: 15 minutes

In a small serving bowl, combine mascarpone and sugar. Add more sugar to taste and set aside.

Cut the watermelon into 1/2-inch slices. Use a 1 1/2- to 2-inch cookie cutter to make 12 watermelon hearts (or other favorite shape).

Working one skewer at a time, thread the grapes, watermelon, cheese, and blueberries onto the skewers. Serve the skewers with the dipping sauce.
