– 10 ounces pizza dough – 2-1/2 ounces shredded Real California Mozzarella cheese – 1-3/4 ounces Real California Fontina cheese, diced small – 6 grams garlic, minced – 18 grams olive oil – 90 grams black mission figs (about 4) – 1-1/2 ounces crumbled Real California Feta cheese – 70 grams raw Italian sausage meat – 18 grams roughly chopped raw almonds – 2-1/2 grams fresh sage leaves, julienned

Preheat pizza oven to 565°F. Stretch pizza dough to a 12-inch round. Sprinkle Mozzarella and Fontina cheese evenly over dough, leaving a 1-inch rim of crust. Sprinkle minced garlic over cheese. Drizzle with olive oil. Slice figs into 1/4-inch thick rounds, about 16 slices, and arrange over cheese. Sprinkle Feta cheese over figs. Pinch sausage into pieces no larger than a quarter and arrange evenly over Feta. Finish with a sprinkling of chopped almonds. Bake in preheated oven for five minutes until dark golden brown. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with sage leaves before serving.
