Brown ground turkey on medium heat in skillet and season with cumin, garlic, pepper and salt. Let cool for 5 minutes. To assemble wraps, place 3 tablespoons of cooked ground turkey on each lettuce leaf and top with shredded purple cabbage, cherry tomatoes and a dollop of sour cream. Garnish with sliced green onion and lime wedge.
