Prep time: 5 minutes

In a medium bowl, whisk heavy cream and sugar together until stiﬀ peaks form, about 1 minute. Place 2 scoops of ice cream between 2 wine or highball glasses. Top oﬀ evenly with rosé wine or grape juice and dollop with whipped cream.

Garnish with raspberries and rose petals (if using).
