– 1 cup Real California heavy cream – 1 tablespoon sugar – 2 cups rosé wine, Concord grape juice or no alcohol red wine – 4 (4-ounce each) scoops Real California vanilla bean ice cream – 1/2 cup raspberries – Dried rose petals, for garnish, optional :Red Wine, Trending, Rose, Grape Juice

Prep time: 5 minutes

In a medium bowl, whisk heavy cream and sugar together until stiff peaks form, about 1 minute. Place 2 scoops of ice cream between 2 wine or highball glasses. Top off evenly with rosé wine or grape juice and dollop with whipped cream.

Garnish with raspberries and rose petals (if using).
