Broth
In a medium-sized pot, lightly simmer chicken broth, brown sugar, rice wine, soy sauce, green onion and garlic for 8 minutes.
Wontons
Meanwhile, place ½ tablespoon ground pork and ½ tablespoon burrata in center of wonton. Moisten all four edges with water, and then fold bottom corner to the top corner, making a triangle. Press edges to seal, and then bring left and right corners in and tuck tips in. Complete all wontons, add to broth and cook for 3 minutes until wontons float. Combine ½ cup of broth and 4 dumplings in a small soup cup.
