Ingredients:

– Real California firm cheeses for grilling∶ Grilling Cheese (a California version of Halloumi), Paneer, Queso Fresco – Assorted vegetables∶ yellow squash, zucchini, red onion, red pepper, mini cucumbers, spoon tomatoes – Fresh Figs – Green and red grapes – Plantains – Tikka masala simmer sauce – Pita chips – Spicy mango chutney – Popped water lily seeds (Ashapops shown) – Black bean hummus – Cilantro, herbs and edible flowers (for garnish) :Cheese Pairing, Grilling, Cheese Board, Paneer, Grilling Cheese, Queso Fresco, Hispanic Dairy

Directions:

Assemble as shown:

Create kabobs with chunks of Grilling Cheese and/or Paneer and yellow squash, zucchini, red onion and red pepper. Brush with olive oil and grill.

Toss paneer in tikka masala simmer sauce and grill. Serve with pita chips, spicy mango chutney, and popped water lily seeds.

Slice and grill Queso Fresco and plantains. Serve with black bean hummus, mini cucumbers, and spoon tomatoes.

Fill in with fresh figs and grapes to balance out the salty components and act as a palate cleanser.

Garnish with sprigs of cilantro, herbs, and edible flowers.
