Cheeseburger Salad with Chipotle Crema Dressing



– 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, cut or torn into bite-sized pieces – 1 recipe Ground Meat from Cheesy Stuffed Peppers 20 cherry tomatoes, halved – 6 ounces shredded Real California Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese blend – 1 cup cooked, crumbled bacon – 16 dill pickle chips, cut into thin strips or halved – 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced Chipotle Crema, for serving :Monterey Jack, Cheddar, Crema, Cheeseburger, Beef, Hispanic-Style Dairy, Hispanic Dairy

Prep time: 15 minutes, plus time to prep Ground Meat and Chipotle Crema

Cook time: Time to cook Ground Meat

Arrange lettuce on a platter or plates. Top with ground meat, cheese, tomatoes, bacon, pickles, and onion. Serve with Chipotle Crema.
