Steak and Cheesy Garlic Pull-Apart Bread

Directions:

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 17 minutes

Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in large skillet over medium heat. Pat steaks dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper. Add steak and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, about 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in garlic and parsley and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Remove from heat.

Slice the top of the loaf longways, then crossways, creating a diamond pattern, being careful not to cut the loaf all the way through.

Spoon steak and butter mixture between each slice of bread. Fill grooves with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted and bread is toasted, about 10 to 15 minutes. Serve warm and enjoy.
