California's dairy industry hit the "small screen" on November 21st as local dairy producers were featured on PBS' acclaimed Chefs A' Field series. The program paid tribute to California's production efficiencies, animal care, top quality products, and the deep heritage of the families who dairy in California. The special also featured Chef Craig Stoll of Delfina Restaurant in San Francisco and his family, who showed viewers how they use California dairy products in mouthwatering Italian dishes.
