Fiesta Salsa: Combine the tomatoes, jalpeno pepper, tomatillos, red onion, fresh cilantro, lime juice, and garlic salt in a small bowl; set aside.
Cinco de Layer Dip: Stir together the beans and taco seasoning mix until well blended; spread into the bottom of a 13x9-inch dish. Top with guacamole and cheese. Stir together the sour cream and chipotle peppers in a small bowl; carefully spread over the cheese. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
Tip:
Add a little spice by using your favorite salsa. Drain any juices from the salsa and spoon over the chipotle cream.
