    • 2 cans refried black beans
    • 1 ounce packaged taco seasoning mix
    • 2 cups guacamole
    • 1 pint reduced-fat Real California sour cream
    • 2 cups mexican-blend shredded Real California cheese
    • 2 tablespoons mashed chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
    • 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
    • 1 whole jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
    • 1 cup peeled and chopped tomatillos
    • 1 cup minced red onion
    • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
    • 1 teaspoon lime juice
    • 1 teaspoon (metric) garlic salt

    Directions

    Fiesta Salsa: Combine the tomatoes, jalapeno pepper, tomatillos, red onion, fresh cilantro, lime juice and garlic salt in a small bowl; set aside.Cinco de Layer Dip: Stir together the beans and taco seasoning mix until well blended; spread into the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch dish. Top with guacamole and cheese. Stir together the sour cream and chipotle peppers in a small bowl; carefully spread over the cheese. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.Tip: Add a little spice by using your favorite salsa. Drain any juices from the salsa and spoon over the chipotle cream.
