My very favorite cow painting assignment is a portrait because you can see their eyes, the windows to their bovine souls. This is the ultimate 'Happy Cow' painting, as it is a close up portrait of not just one, but two of the actual Happy Cows. With the cute curious cow expression, the beautiful lush green grass and blue sky, what more does one need?
