– 1 cup low-fat Real California cottage cheese
– 1/2 cup plain nonfat Real California yogurt
– 2 ounces Real California feta
– 1 teaspoon lemon juice
– 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
– 1 small garlic clove, peeled
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
