Strawberries with Chocolate Cream

– 24 strawberries, rinsed and tops cut off
– 1 cup California Mexican crema
– 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
– 1/4 cup agave syrup
– 1/2 teaspoon powdered cinnamon

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk crema, agave syrup, cocoa powder and cinnamon until all ingredients are mixed well.
Arrange strawberries in a deep bowl and pour cream on top.
