Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Lay the baguette slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with the olive oil and bake until golden and starting to crisp, 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside.
Using a mandolin or knife, slice the radishes very thin. Soak in an ice bath until ready to use – this keeps them fresh and helps mellow out any spice.
Assemble by spreading a generous layer of the seasoned butter onto each crostini, then top with an arrangement of radish slices and a light pinch of flaky salt (keep in mind that the butter spread is salted)!
Yield: 6-8 servings
