Bake brie at 400°F for 25-30 minutes or until center is hot. Allow to rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
Top with apple jam of your choice. We used a spicy garlic apple jam with an accent of rosemary, but if you use a sweeter apple jam, you can use cinnamon sticks as a garnish.
Yield: Serves 4
