International Impact of Real California Milk
The CMAB nourished Olympians at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing with dairy products made by our very own California cheesemakers. For the more than 2,000 athletes traveling from the U.S., the cheeses have been a familiar taste from home. We developed these recipes in celebration of this historic event.
Real California Cheese is making major inroads into Mexico. Our neighbors to the South will now see the Real California Cheese logo in Wal-Mart, Costco, Soriana, Comercial Mexicana, AM/PM, 7-Eleven, OXXO and other locations throughout the country. Nascent Foodservice, the only nationwide distributor of imported products in Mexico, has just received certification by the CMAB for its cut and wrap cheese products. It's another coup for the California Dairy industry.
