Curried Cottage Cheese and Mango Chutney Dressing

Ingredients
Look for dairy brands with the Real California seals.


1⁄2 cup fat free cottage cheese
2 tablespoon mango chutney
2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon honey mustard
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Place cottage cheese, chutney, vinegar, oil, curry and mustard in a food processor; blend until smooth.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Dressing can be covered and refrigerated for up to one week. Use to dress potato, chicken, tuna or egg salad.
