California's dairy industry will hit the "small screen" on November 21st as local dairy producers are featured on PBS' acclaimed Chefs A' Field series. The program pays tribute to California's production efficiencies, animal care, top quality products, and the deep heritage of the families who dairy in California. The special also features Chef Craig Stoll of Delfina Restaurant in San Francisco and his family, who will show viewers how they use California dairy products in mouthwatering Italian dishes.
